Primewire Introduces the Toolless RJ45 Modular Crimp Connectors for Category 8 Twisted Pair Network Cables specified according to Cat. 8.1 (ISO/IEC). They are designed for data rates of up to 40 GBit/s. Delivery includes 2 pieces. Product number: 303870
Cat.8 zinc connector is manufactured by die casting process. It is suitable for single strand and stranded conductors, up to 0.58mm (23 – 26 AWG). And all types of network cables, rigid, semi-rigid, flexible, flexible, etc. The diameters of the cables supported are between 7.5 and 8.5 mm.
The connector can be mounted quickly and without tools on various types of cables. The threads are pulled into a threading aid and inserted into the plug. When closing the case, the wires are automatically pressed onto an LSA tape. The screw-on strain relief ensures a secure hold.
CAT8.1 calculates crosstalk generated by an RJ45 jack on the receiver side. Thus, the CAT8 standard with the RJ45 plug allows for a higher transmission speed than Cat 5, 6 and 7 standards.
