Thermal paper installation direction – Thermal coated face upwards (you can scrape the surface of the paper with your nail; the side with the black stripes is the thermal surface). The paper roll should be pulled forward from the back of the media (near the back of the printer) to avoid paper jams due to reverse installation.
Notes: 1: If during use, the indicator light flashes or the application shows “More paper”, make sure the lid is closed and the thermal side of the paper is facing up. 2:Fitment: Use original or high quality paper rolls. Poor quality paper can damage the print head or leave toner residue. 3: Regular maintenance: Clean the print head with alcohol swab every 1-2 months (use the device after power off) to preserve the clarity of the print.
