1. Le tracker AMOROM nécessite de télécharger l’application, puis d’activer l’autorisation de l’application. Ce n’est pas un tracker GPS !

2. Le tracker AMOROM est idéal pour suivre vos articles à portée Bluetooth.

Cliquez simplement sur Alarme sur l’application lorsqu’elle est à portée Bluetooth (15-20 m).

Appuyez deux fois sur le bouton pour faire sonner votre téléphone, même s’il est en mode silencieux.

Ne perdez jamais d’objets importants

Lorsqu’il se déconnecte, le tracker AMOROM émet un son et l’application vous envoie une notification

L’app passe à la page de l’appareil photo

et vous pouvez prendre une photo en appuyant une fois sur un bouton.

Dure jusqu’à 6 mois

Si elle est épuisée, vous pouvez la remplacer par une batterie supplémentaire que nous avons fournie

2. Si l’app ne recherche pas l’appareil, appuyez sur le bouton et maintenez-le enfoncé pendant 3-5s pour redémarrer jusqu’à ce qu’un long bip retentisse.

Pourquoi le tracker AMOROM sonne-t-il soudainement dans la portée Bluetooth ?

Cela est dû au fait que certains téléphones Android ont ce problème : lorsque l’application iSearching s’exécute en arrière-plan, elle sera forcée de se fermer. Il vous suffit de modifier les paramètres de votre téléphone pour éviter cette situation (les différents modèles de téléphone ont des opérations différentes) :

“Paramètres” – “Applications et services” – “Gestionnaire de lancement” – recherchez l’application iSearching – ouvrez “Autoriser l’exécution en arrière-plan”

Pourquoi le smart tag AMOROM ne peut-il pas se connecter aux appareils intelligents (phones, tablettes, etc.) ?

A. Vérifiez si le Bluetooth est activé.

B. Vérifiez si la batterie est épuisée. Si c’est le cas, remplacez-la par la batterie supplémentaire que nous avons fournie.

C. Réinitialisez l’iTag AMOROM ou redémarrez l’application.

Quelle est la distance de fonctionnement du air tag AMOROM ?

La distance générale est de 12 à 30 mètres (sans aucune barrière). Si vous êtes à l’extérieur, la distance sera plus grande.

Le air tag AMOROM est-il applicable aux téléphones Android et Apple ?

Oui, mais vous devez télécharger l’application iSearching sur votre téléphone.

Pourquoi le tracker Bluetooth AMOROM continue-t-il de sonner ?

1. Si vous cliquez sur Alarme sur l’app, le son continuera jusqu’à ce que vous cliquiez sur Arrêter.

2. Si la distance Bluetooth est supérieure à 15 m ou si l’app est fermée, le tag cessera de sonner après environ 30 s

L’application doit-elle autoriser l’accès ?

Non, vous pouvez le définir en fonction de votre utilisation. Vous pouvez choisir : Interdire/Activer uniquement pendant l’utilisation/Demander à chaque fois que vous l’utilisez.
