Why is my controller not charging?

Please remove the original handle cover of the controller and replace it with our handle cover, connecting the metal on the bottom of the cover to the contacts on the base.

Why is the display below 100% when the controller battery is fully charged?

To prevent overcharging and prolong battery life, batteries usually show only 90% or less charge. However, it is actually fully charged.

How do you turn on the LED underneath when charging and can it be turned off?

There is a button in the middle of the charging dock, press it to turn on the LED light module, the same button can be pressed to turn off the LED
