1. How many versions does DJI Mavic 3 Enterprise Series have?
DJI Mavic 3 Series Enterprise has two versions: DJI Mavic 3E and DJI Mavic 3T. DJI Mavic 3E is equipped with a 20MP wide-angle camera with 4/3 CMOS and a zoom camera to deliver powerful imaging capability, frequently used for surveying, inspection and security. DJI Mavic 3T is equipped with a 48MP wide-angle camera with 1/2-inch CMOS, zoom camera and thermal camera to provide thermal imaging, useful for night rescues, fire fighting and electricity inspections.

2. How do I get the service provided in the DJI Mavic 3E Worry-Free Basic Bundle?
You can make a service request in Customer Service on the official DJI website. For DJI Mavic 3E, the first replacement costs €169, and the second replacement costs €179.
With DJI Care Express, will send you a replacement product once the replacement fee has been paid and the damaged device has been received.
* Replacement products are equivalent to new products in performance and reliability.

4. Do NOT use the device in bad weather, especially strong wind over 12m/s, snow, rain, fog, hail or lightning. DO NOT fly the aircraft 6,000 m (19,685 ft) or more above sea level. DO NOT fly the device in environments where the temperature is below -10°C (14°F) or above 40°C (104°F). DO NOT peel off from moving objects such as cars, boats and planes. DO NOT fly near reflective surfaces such as water or snow. Otherwise, the optical system may be hampered. When the GNSS signal is weak, only operate the device in well-lit environments with good visibility. Low ambient light can lead to abnormal operation of the optical system. Pay special attention to in-flight safety when flying near areas with magnetic or radio interference. Common sources of magnetic interference or radios are high-voltage lines, large power plants, radar stations, mobile base stations, broadcast towers, Wi-Fi access points, routers and Bluetooth devices.
