The DIGITUS 16-port Gigabit Ethernet Switch provides sixteen 10/100/1000 Mbps RJ45 ports with auto-negotiation. All ports support the Auto MDI/MDIX function, eliminating the need for crossover cables and uplink ports. Low cost, easy handling and high performance are the strengths of the DIGITUS 16-Port Gigabit Ethernet Switch, making it an excellent choice for your network. The high backplane bandwidth has enough reserves so that even large amounts of data can be transferred effortlessly. In addition, this switch is designed for installation in 10″ (254 mm) enclosures and seamlessly fits in your network enclosure with 1U.
The LAN switch for 10″ network cabinets has 16 RJ45 sockets and is ideal for small and medium sized networks, both in private and business environments
Auto MDI/MDIX eliminates the need for crossover cables and uplink ports by checking the pin assignment of the connected device before transferring data
In Full Duplex mode, the data transfer rate can reach up to 20/200/2000 Mbps – MAC address table contains 8000 MAC addresses – The backplane has a bandwidth of 32 Gbps
Gigabit network switch power consumption is 15 watts – The following standards are supported by the switch: IEEE802.3, IEEE802.3u, IEEE802.3ab, and IEEE802.3x
